Rick Bowman Rick Bowman is our talented lead graphic designer. Rick has worked on numerous album covers, creative print advertising layout, as well as being responsible for retail and tour posters for many of the artists on the High Wire Music roster. Mr. Bowman, aka “Rick Fraud” also plays guitar, writes songs, and produces Baltimore, MD rock n’ roll heroes The Frauds.
